Most of my life, I’ve lived in the worlds of fitness and faith.
I’ve been a fitness professional for over 30 years, working with hundreds of individuals from every walk of life. I also worked on staff at various churches and nonprofits for about that same amount of time, from support to pastoral roles.
I know the demands of ministry, but I know the benefits of physical health.
I started training when I was 14. I wish I could say it was all easy from there but it wasn’t. I wasted a lot of time on every fad and theory out there. But through a lot of trial-and-error, health and fitness became a place of growth and belonging.
At 16, I became a Christian and started to get involved in ministry the following year. I invested most my life pastoring people vocationally and building the Church through various capacities.
My personal fitness journey, being certified as a Menno Henselmans’ trainer, my relentless discipline to stay on the cutting edge of fitness research, and my extensive experience in vocational ministry enable me to work with pastors, church leaders, and their ministries in a unique and personalized way.
